Full Day - Starting and finishing at Keswick this fantastic day journey will see you not only circumnavigate this beautiful Lake but also allow you to visit many of the islands and venture part way up the River Derwent. Launching at Kettlewell and after some initial safety input we will have you on the Lake practicing a range of strokes that will easily enable you to control your boat to undertake this great day journey.

The route on the day will very much depend on weather conditions but that said, we will aim to explore all of the best bits and hopefully have some magnificent views and perhaps be fortunate enough to observe some of the fantastic bird life. We will have our barbecue lunch at a quiet, sheltered and idyllic location where you will be able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Don't worry about rain as we have a shelter that we erect between trees if required!

We provide:

  • All equipment including 'Peak' waterproofs and 5mm neoprene wetsuit boots.
  • Expert instruction from our highly qualified instructors.
  • Barbeque lunch and hot/cold drinks. Snacks all day
