| Full Day - Ullswater is a relativley quiet lake to paddle on and has stunning views onto the magnificent Helvellyn range and surrounding Lakeland Fells. These are impressive when seen from your canoe or kayak! Our full day journey on Ullswater starts at Pooley Bridge and finishes at Glenridding. After a safety briefing we enter the water and spend some time going over some basic paddling techniques and strokes to give you the necessary skills to have full control or your canoe or kayak. We paddle along the quiet south east shore negotiating many of the rocky outcrops and bays and where convenient we stop to stetch the legs and have a fantastic barbeque lunch which is included in the price. We have plenty of great photo opportunities along the way and we will attempt to capture everyone within the group in action throughout the day both on digital photos and video formats. A disc will be posted to you shortly after you day out with us! This is a great journey covering around 8 miles | |||||||
