| We use sea kayaks in preference to river or touring style kayaks on our lake journeys. The main reason that they are better designed for traveling distance in a variety of conditions with the added bonus that they allow additional equipment to be carried in the storage compartments which are both spacious and watertight. These graceful boats can be easily paddled on flat water by anyone after a short skills session. With the internal 'drop-down' skeg system, going in a straight line couldn’t be easier! |
